Requirements for Hajj:

• A completed application form filled-out with black ink or printed; the form must be signed and stamped by the authorized travel agency.
• The applicant must have a passport with a validity of at least six (6) months from departure date.
• If the passport is NOT Canadian, please provide a residency document to show proof of residency in Canada valid minimum 6 months from departure date.
• Each applicant must submit one (1) recent passport size color photograph with a white background.
• Applicant must submit a stamped immunization card showing that the vaccination against Meningitis has been taken (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine).
• The applicant must submit a proof of vaccination for children that are under fifteen (15) years old for POLIO. Vaccine should be taken from one (1) to two (2) months each dose for infants between 3-24 months.
• Applicant must submit a proof of relationship for spouse and children (marriage or birth Certificate).
• All original documents must be accompanied by their photocopies.

• A passport that is valid for at least six (6) months with three (3) to four (4) blank pages for each traveler.
• One (1) passport size photograph with white background for each traveler (ladies preferably in Hijab).
• A stamped Immunization Card showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults. Meningitis and POLIO record for children under 15 years old. Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months between each dose for children ages 3-24 months).
• Fully completed and signed Saudi visa application form.
• Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship (marriage certificate for married couples, long birth certificates for children indicating names of both parents).
• Non-Canadian applicants must submit a clear photocopy for both side of the Permanent Residence card.
• Pilgrims who have non-Muslim names must have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam.
• All original documents must be accompanied by their photocopies.
